profil expérimenté : genre Geek attitude capable de faire des dev en boucle courte (Java, Python, Perl) + capable également de conseiller les projets sur les bonnes pratiques en Métier Software.

Profil plus académique :
-       Interact with technical representatives of projects to collect their functional needs in terms of software engineering methods and tools, and capture their feedback about already-deployed solutions.
-       Propose enhancements in software engineering practices and tools already deployed.
-       Ensure technological surveillance to propose innovative software engineering practices and tools, compatible with industrial constraints.
-       Interact with System Métier to define common and seamless approach between Software and System Métiers.
-       Participate to Make or Buy analysis and give technical recommendations regarding software practices and tools choices.
-       Develop Proofs of Concept (PoC), and formalize the obtained results.
-       Support new tools deployment on projects, notably by configuring tools for project’s usage context.
-       Create training materials and train users to new software engineering practices and tools.
-       Support and technically coordinate teams in charge of the maintenance of tools deployed.
-       Develop, train and animate the community of users (e.g. forum …).
